the 2009 Get Out More Tour
if you click the link and then on tour info there is a list of dates and places where the tour will be stopping.
For the PA people on here there is four stops on the schedule.
one being Cabela's in Hamburg on September 30th.... ill be there let me know if any one else will be there so we can all meet up.

Hiking with my Grandfather
my Grand father approached me about going to find a coal mine where his father and grandfather worked when he was a child, he knew the mountain it was on and asked me if I would go with him to visit it for old times sake for him and so I can say I walked the same path as his father… Continue

I've been editing the video clips with Movie Maker and the learning curve was huge. Movies are different than still frames so I'm still learning about what to shoot while I'm backpacking. I have a Nikon CoolPix P80, a 10 Megapixel, 18 X optical camera, which has a video function. One question I do have is when you upload a movie to YouTube they only give three choices for the cover of the video. Is there any way to choose the exact frame I want to be the cover of the video? Thanks for your help.

Thanks, I'm glad you liked the Superstition Wilderness video. The Twentymile Gregory Bald Loop that I posted the end of October was the first video I've ever made, so I'm still trying to figure it out. Makes me want an HD video camera. Congratulations on becoming a dad! As always, nice music here.

- No insurance, then they stacked up like 3 driving on suspended licenses from a single incident and basically just lost my applications for reinstatement about 3 times now. Real fun.

- ah you know me, just hanging in there and riding. Been trying to get my license back for a while now. More of a pain in the ass than it needs to be really. Other than that, just getting by,
