i know what you mean. i started a new job last year and don't get a vacation till fall. however my normal work schedule is work 3- 12 hour days and have 3 off. in se idaho, where i live, there's lots of backcountry wilderness trails within an hour of me. so i've been day hiking or should i say day snowshoeing, theres lots of snow in higher elevations. but kind of cool living in an area with lots of outdoor activities close by. one of the reasons i moved here from the midwest 2 years ago. oh well, you take care kate.

Ryan Taylor said… - well the problem is i still live with my parents and they dont want a dog in their house i have no idea why but whatever. my gf has 2 goldens and they are 2 of the best dogs ever listen very well and are very respectful to people and loyal
